About the client

Kallibr Training had integrated Salesforce Sales Cloud with their various existing business systems at the end of 2020/start of 2021. Following integration, Kallibr turned their attention to expanding their marketing capability through the introduction of Salesforce Pardot.


Dovetail Group partnered with Kallibr to integrate Pardot and conduct a full data audit for the purpose of mapping existing business systems flow while providing practical recommendations for future-state data capture, data unification and data-driven marketing automation programs.

  • Our ‘Starter’ implementation package included initial integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud, database import, website search integration, various 3rd party connections plus some additional technical setup.
  • We provided 10 hours of structured training sessions.
  • Kallibr opted for our additional services package to help build their first marketing programs, email templates, landing pages and automation rules.
  • We conducted and documented an end-to-end data audit report, which included in-depth interviews with stakeholders to understand their existing technology and data connectivity. Our report included recommendations for data capture improvement and data unification to enable a single view of their customers. We also included various data-driven marketing programs that could be built and executed using Pardot over a period of 3 months.

  • Create and improve data capture for future customer segmentation.
  • Introduce a Unique Identifier (UID) coupled with a re-engineered unified data schema thus enabling a true single view of the customer.

  • Adopt data cleansing tools via Salesforce AppExchange to improve data quality and consistency.
  • A series automated marketing journeys plus an implementation plan executed over a 90-day period.
